PS3 Sound and Echo

Hi,

I have been recording games from my ps3 to my computer using OBS, but when I play back the video, I'm getting an echo. I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried different settings, tried even muting the TV, but nothing. Please help

How are you capturing the PS3 audio in OBS specifically?

With a video capture USB plug and splitter. Haven't tried in a while though

Could be as simple as OBS is capturing your computer audio playing the PS3 and also a direct capture of the audio on the source depending on how you are capturing in OBS.

Is there a way to mute one or the other?

It would depend on how you are capturing them in OBS. You can check your source properties and see if there is a way to uncheck audio there if OBS is getting system audio already?

I'm just guessing, hard to know without seeing your setup.
