Black Screen UI Bug While Editing Sources [Properties window]

I was already live streaming when I tried to update my live chat link, and a strange black screen appeared.

OBS itself continued running normally in the background, but the Properties window was covered by a black layer, making it impossible to see my cursor. I could press Enter or Esc to close the window, but that didn't really solve the problem because I still couldn't edit the chat link.

This issue doesn't only happen in the Properties menu of Browser Sources. It also occurs with Text Sources and Media Sources. The bug seems to happen randomly, sometimes it appears, sometimes it doesn't.

It doesn't only happen while streaming, either. I've also experienced it while setting everything up before going live.

Because of this issue, I couldn't make any changes during the stream and eventually had to postpone it until I can find a solution.

I hope someone can help me solve this issue.

I'm using the latest OBS update.

Here's a video showing the bug:

This exact bug is happening to me.
Most of the times I try to change properties from some sources, a black screen like the example happens.
No way to escape from it, cancel, close. Anything.
CTRL+ALT+DEL do nothing.
After pressing several times ESC it may return to normality.
The streaming works fine but this behaviour blocks you from using the program properly.
I did Nvidia drivers updates and the bug continues

I have what i think may be the same problem. I'm running 32.1.2 on a Win11 machine. The issue has occurred on recent earlier versions too. I use OBS to stream church services. Every week I update the prior weeks version to reflect different music and readings. I only have the problem when editing text. When I select "Properties" I sometimes do not get the expected edit screen but rather a lot of black with no edit area. If I hit esc it will revert to its pre edit form. OBS is still running but I can't finish my edit. I have found that, if I select "Filters" then close out filters and retry "Properties" it will recover and allow me to proceed with the edit. This slows me down when it happens often but some weeks it never happens. I'm looking for help. I've been doing this for years with no problems and need to understand what's going on. I don't want it to get worse.

It seems to me that every session is different. Some times I open OBS and nothing happens. I can work with properties/filters windows with no bug.
Some other times, it hangs on almost every window I open, that is properties, filters and even settings.
I did my gpu driver update and it's latest.
